10 years of solidarity and resistance

We have been fighting fortress Europe with civil sea rescue for a decade - a milestone that we want to use to come together, look back, analyse the present and shape the future! We invite all activists in the fields of SAR, no borders, decolonial, anti-racism flight and migration to join us on this anniversary: to exchange ideas, reflect, learn from each other and plan our next steps.

The programme should be diverse, interactive and participative – we’re happy about workshops, discussion rounds or readings, but other formats are also welcome!
We are looking for your contributions on these topics:

📌 Looking back
What struggles have we had - and what has proven successful? What successes and milestones have we achieved? What obstacles and challenges have we overcome? What moments have characterised 10 years of civil sea rescue and 10 years of 'Summer of Migration / Solidarity'? How has the situation at Europe's external borders developed?

📌 Now
What is the current political situation – and how can we react? Which global contexts do we have to consider? How do we deal with colonial continuities? We want to focus, discuss and create space for self-reflection.

📌Lookout
How do we shape the future of sea rescue and the movement? What goals do we want to achieve and what strategies do we want to implement? Which fights do we want connect in the future? We want to strengthen each other, learn from each other and develop concrete ideas and actions for the coming years?

✨ More than just debates – a diverse social program for everyone!
In addition to intensive discussions and strategic planning, the opportunity for mutual exchange should not be neglected. What is needed to make the camp not only productive, but also inspiring and lively? Whether creative workshops, sports activities, music, art or other surprises – contribute your ideas and help shape the program!

The camp also offers space for networking meetings and other internal formats – let us know what you need so that we can coordinate it.
