Wir wollen die technisches Möglichkeiten von Kamerasystemen auf Seenotrettungsschiffen voll ausnutzen um der Zivilen Seenotrettungsflotte zu helfen. Hierzu können neuronale Netze -trivial AI- die automatische Suche nach Anomalien im Meer ermöglichen. So kann die Crew jede Anomalie auf Seenotfälle validieren.
Hierzu ist es wichtig, dass die bereits erhobenen Datensätze aus den Einsätzen "gelabelt" werden. Labeling bedeutet das um jedes Boot von Hand eine Box gemalt werden muss, dadurch kann der KI beigebracht werden wie Boote aussehen um sie dann automatisch finden zu können.
Je mehr Daten wir zukünftig sammeln, desto wichtiger wird eure Hilfe.

Dieser Workshop erklärt anhand eines Leitfadens und dem konkreten Labeling einiger Bilder, wie ihr als Supporter:innen die KI für das SARCAM-Projekt mittrainieren könnt.

We want to fully utilize the technical capabilities of camera systems on sea rescue vessels to help the Civil Sea Rescue Fleet. For this purpose, neural networks—trivial AI—can enable the automatic search for anomalies in the ocean. This allows the crew to validate each anomaly for maritime emergencies.
For this purpose, it is important that the data sets already collected from missions are "labeled." Labeling means drawing a box around each boat by hand. This allows the AI to be taught what boats look like and then automatically locate them.
